11. Chicago Bears: The Bears have a couple of needs they can address in this draft and have a high enough pick to grab the some players who can come in and contribute on day one. The Bears desperately need a pass rusher and currently with Shaq Lawson, Kevin Todd, Emmanuel Ogbah, and Jonathan Bullard on the board these players would be hard to pass up. They could always go quarterback and think about the future, but with John Fox in town that seems highly unlikely. Cornerback is an area of need however Kendall Fuller should be available in the second round. The final first round left tackle left will be Shon Coleman on the board. This could also be another spot where I see Treadwell going even though I doubt John Fox will let Alshon Jeffery go.

Safe Pick(s): Shaq Lawson, Emmanuel Ogbah, Vernon Hargreaves III, Mackensie Alexander, Shon Coleman/ A pass rusher is exactly what the Bears need in order to compete in their division. The Bears had 2 great wide receivers at once and it hardly made a difference, plus the taking of Kevin White somewhat mitigates the chance of Fox taking another wide receiver. Lawson if available would be the most likely candidate.

Surprise Pick: Laquon Treadwell, Kendall Fuller, Carson Wentz, Connor Cook, Christian Hackenberg/ These guys are great players but it would be odd to see anyone of them go to the Bears right at this spot. Jay Cutler is still somewhat effective so Fox should spend another season working with him. If Jeffery is resigned they will have 2 number one wide receivers to work with.

Risky Pick: Connor Cook/ Taking the drafts least people friendly quarterback to back up Jay Cutler? The premise itself is good enough for its own sitcom, plus a quarterback at this spot would do nothing to help the Bears be a better team overall in 2016.

Bears select: Shaq Lawson

12. New Orleans Saints: The Saints have a flurry of needs they need to deal with after retaining Sean Payton and keeping focus on Drew Brees. The number 1 need has to be cornerback after the litany of points that the Saints have given up through the air. An easy choice would be to place VHIII or Alexander at this spot which would give the Saints a little more protection in the defensive backfield. The Saints could also use a quarterback to put in behind Drew Brees but that can likely wait until later in the draft or after another season. The Saints offensive line needs work but realistically the biggest concerns have to be on the defensive side of the ball.

Safe Pick(s): Vernon Hargreaves III, Mackensie Alexander, Shon Coleman, Emmanuel Ogbah/ The key here is to select a top 3 corner, now they would have to fall to 12 but it is realistic. VHIII will likely give the Saints a speedy, dynamic, cornerback who should inject some fire into this defense. Coleman could be taken to continue to help to rebuild this line.

Surprise Pick: A'Shawn Robinson, Laquon Treadwell, Ezekiel Elliot/ Robinson is a solid pass rusher so I would support this pick as well. I would even support Treadwell and Elliot as both would give Bress a bevy of weapons at his disposal. After the play of Mark Ingram and Brandin Cooks towards the end of the season I can see the Saints saying to themselves that these are positions of strength.

Risky Pick: Connor Cook, any offensive player/ Realistically the Saints are dead last in defense, which means 1 thing, draft a defensive player with your first round pick or continue to have the worst defense in the league.

Saints select: Vernon Hargreaves III

13. Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles will be under new management and will be looking to repair some of the damage caused by Chip Kelly. To me it seems a bit obvious that their offensive line will need some work with Jason Peters being 33 and the run game struggling last season picking Shon Coleman's name here would not be too unlikely. Sure the Eagles need cornerbacks, guards, safeties, and possibly a quarterback however it would be surprising to see the Eagles not go O line here.

Safe Pick(s): Shon Coleman, Mackensie Alexander, Jeremy Cash/ The Eagles need another cornerback but they should find one in free agency. The offensive linemen will be harder to replace and if the Eagles want to win brining in some fresh legs to that line could do wonders. Coleman/ the last 1st round graded offensive lineman will likely be their decision.

Surprise Pick: Carson Wentz, Connor Cook, Christian Hackenberg/ A quarterback just seems to new for the Eagles. The Eagles have a new head coach, new staff, and eventually new players, but bringing in a rookie quarterback to lead your first campaign as head coach? Bradford should be back.

Risky Pick: Carson Wentz, Connor Cook, Christian Hackenberg, Cody Whitehair, Leonard Floyd/ Connor Cook is the Chip Kelly of this crop of quarterbacks so picking him would be a misstep however picking anyone that does not help solidify this offensive line would be a major mistake.

Eagles select: Shon Coleman, (Carson Wentz or Connor Cook if Bradford doesn't resign)

14. Oakland Raiders: The Raiders are on the way to building a winning team and one more solid piece could do it. The Raiders will have a choice either select a cornerback or go with an injured potential superstar. They could also use offensive linemen however they may just wait until the next couple of rounds to stock pile linemen.

Safe Pick(s): Jaylon Smith, Reggie Ragland, Mackensie Alexander/ The Raiders can choose the flashy route or just focus on overall need. I believe if they select Smith or Ragland they will still have a major hole in their secondary. The only way that's fixed is by taking the last top cornerback.

Surprise Pick: Ezekiel Elliot, Laquon Treadwell, Cody Whitehair, Jeremy Cash/ Imagine they replace Murray with Elliot or implement a two back system, that creates some pretty interesting and dynamic play calling but it seems unlikely. Treadwell would be a solid selection however after getting Cooper I feel as if they will want to go in a new direction.

Risky Pick: 2nd round graded linemen, Vonn Bell/ Any 2nd round graded anything is a significant worry especially when your only picking 14th, the Raiders will stick to the highest players on their draft board.

Raiders Select: Mackensie Alexander

15. Los Angeles Rams:

Safe Pick(s): Laquon Treadwell, Carson Wentz, Cody Whitehair, Jaylon Smith/ The Rams will want to make a splash here so they can draw some attention to their brand new home. Elliot is the Gurley of the 2016 season so I would be surprised to see them take him. This will likely come down between Treadwell, Wentz, or Smith (if he is still on the board). The Rams should select Treadwell because he is the only true number 1 receiver in this draft. Of course who would be throwing to him? Quite possibly a big name free agent QB, or a second round selection would make the most sense. The Rams could find some great value if they can grab Hackenberg in the 2nd or 3rd round.

Surprise Pick: Ezekiel Elliot, Reggie Ragland, A'Shawn Robinson/ Elliot would be an absolute question mark but the Rams would have the best rushing attack in the NFL. Defensive lineman may be a bit much for a team who already has an imposing enough D line especially for a first round pick.

Risky Pick: Connor Cook, Robert Nkemdiche/ Players with character concerns on such a young team would be somewhat of a mistake. The Rams should have no probably finding a playmaker to bring excitement to LA.

Rams pick: Laquon Treadwell
