The NFL playoffs are into the divisional round after the Seahawks, Packers, Steelers and Chiefs won over the Vikings, Redskins, Bengals and Texans this weekend.

The divisional round is now set and the Seahawks will travel to play the Carolina Panthers, while the Packers will visit the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC. The Kansas City Chiefs will put their 11-game winning streak on the line against the Patriots, while the Steelers will play against the Broncos in Denver next weekend.

The Seahawks and Vikings played a tight, low-scoring game in the freezing cold and Seattle prevailed 10-9 at the end after Blair Walsh missed a chip shot field goal. The Seahawks did not score until the fourth quarter and they held the Vikings scoreless after going down 9-0 leading into the final quarter of the game. The Seahawks now advance and will play against the Carolina Panthers in the next round.

The Green Bay Packers made it two road wins for NFC wild card teams after defeating the Washington Redskins 35-18 on Sunday. The Packers were down 5-0 after the first quarter, but the team dominated the rest of the way and now will face off against the Arizona Cardinals in the next round. The two teams just played near the end of the season and the Cardinals dominated that game and now they will play again.

All four road teams won on wild card weekend, as the Steelers won over the Bengals and the Chiefs defeated the Texans in the AFC. The Steelers pulled out a close win at 18-16 after some penalty calls against the Bengals to seal things with a field goal. The Bengals were getting shutout 15-0 despite Ben Roethlisberger dealing with an injury, but they came back with 16 points in the fourth before losing.

The Chiefs dominated the Houston Texans on Saturday, winning 30-0 to advance to the divisional round of the AFC playoffs. Kansas City erased two decades of not winning a playoff game after getting their first win in 22 years and now the team will face the Patriots in the next round. The Chiefs opened the game with a kick return touchdown by Knile Davis and never looked back and now the team has won 11 straight games.
