The NFL draft order is set for the top 20 picks and teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers, Tennessee Titans and Detroit Lions will have the chance to draft some of the best prospects in the 2016 class. Players like Jared Goff, Joey Bosa, Paxton Lynch, Laquon Treadwell, Laremy Tunsil and Shaw Lawson are expected to be top 10 picks and those names could be targets for teams.

The Titans clinched the first overall pick after going 3-13 this past season and they will pick ahead of the Cleveland Browns and San Diego Chargers. The Browns also went 3-13, but the Titans will pick ahead of the team after winning the strength of schedule tiebreaker. The Chargers are third ahead of the Cowboys, while the Jaguars round out the top five.

The Baltimore Ravens, San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins are next, while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants finish the top 10. The Chicago Bears pick at number 11, while the Saints, Eagles, Raiders, Rams and Lions are next. The Falcons, Colts, Bills and Jets round out the top 20 and the rest of the first round will be filled in as the NFL playoffs go through each round.

There are some notable names coming out of college football this year and the 2016 draft class is considered a deep one with talent. The quarterback position has names like Jared Goff, Paxton Lynch, Connor Cook and Christian Hackenberg coming out, while other offensive players like Laquon Treadwell and Ezekiel Elliott also could be first round picks. Laremy Tunsil is considered to be the top offensive lineman in the draft, while Joey Bosa is coming in as the top defensive player in most draft rankings.

The Titans have a quarterback already with Marcus Mariota getting picked number one overall last year and that gives the team some options with the first pick. The roster has holes all over the place, so picking the most talented player could be one way to go. The Titans could consider trading down to get some extra draft picks, but if they sit tight, Tunsil or Bosa could be options. Tunsil is a solid choice, as he is one of the best linemen in the nation and the Titans had some terrible offensive line play in front of Mariota this season.

The Browns and Cowboys both could be interested in quarterbacks this year and the class has some talented prospects that could go in the top five. Johnny Manziel's future in Cleveland is up in the air and Dallas may want to draft someone to develop behind Tony Romo after the quarterback dealt with injuries this season. Jared Goff is considered to be the top player at the position, while Paxton Lynch has also received some strong reviews from draft scouts.

The Cowboys also could consider going with a different offensive position, as Dez Bryant had a tough year dealing with injuries and the running back position is a bit thin moving forward. Treadwell is considered to be the top WR in the draft and after having a strong season at Ole Miss, he could be the pick for Dallas.

Here are some predictions for the top five picks:

Titans: Laremy Tunsil

Browns: Jared Goff

Chargers: Joey Bosa

Cowboys: Laquon Treadwell

Jaguars: Ronnie Stanley
