The NBA injury report heading into Thursday has updates for players like Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Blake Griffin, Derrick Rose, Hassan Whiteside, Deron Williams, Emmanuel Mudiay, D'Angelo Russell and Rudy Gobert.

Stephen Curry is dealing with a calf/shin injury and could miss some time going forward for the Warriors. Harrison Barnes has been able to return for the team and Curry is now coming into Friday's game against the Blazers listed as questionable. Curry aggravated his shin injury earlier in the week and while reports have Curry not back to 100 percent for at least four weeks, the guard said he likely would try and play through the injury, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Hassan Whiteside has been dealing with a knee injury for the Miami Heat and while he was able to play on Wednesday, he looked very limited due to the injury. According to NBA.com, Whiteside is dealing with soreness in his right knee and there is a chance he could sit out a couple games moving forward to get the soreness down. Rudy Gobert is getting closer to a return for the Jazz after dealing with a knee injury. Gobert is travelling with the team and while a return date is not set, he could be back on the court over the next couple weeks.

Blake Griffin has been out with a quad injury for the Clippers and NBA.com reports that Griffin will see a doctor next week to update his progress. Griffin has started doing some activities off the court, but he has not been cleared to return for the Clippers. NBA.com reports that Griffin could be out for "at least another week" but that once he is cleared he should be able to return "quickly" for the Clippers.

Kobe Bryant and D'Angelo Russell both sat out on Tuesday for the Lakers and Bryant is coming into Thursday's game as questionable, according to the Los Angeles Daily News. Byron Scott said that Russell would return after dealing with an illness, while Bryant could sit out again after dealing with some shoulder soreness. Bryant has made progress after sitting out three straight games and the Lakers may be cautious with Bryant on Thursday.

Derrick Rose was able to return from a hamstring injury on Tuesday and was able to play 35 minutes for the Bulls. Rose had 16 points in the game and his hamstring was not an issue during the game. Deron Williams sat out against the Pelicans on Wednesday due to rest and he likely will return for the next game for the Mavericks. Kevin Durant has been dealing with a toe injury and he was able to return for the Thunder on Wednesday, scoring 26 points. Mudiay sat out Wednesday with an ankle injury and is questionable for the next game for the Nuggets.
