The Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos are playing live on the NFC schedule in Week 14 and the game is live from Sports Authority Field at Mile High starting at 4:05 pm ET. The AFC West game has Denver in position to take control of the conference and they can clinch a playoff spot as Brock Osweiler starts another game for Peyton Manning.
The Broncos come into the weekend at 10-2 and they started off second in the conference behind the Bengals, who saw Andy Dalton leave their game with an injury. The Broncos are in good position to take hold of the conference, as the team has the tiebreaker over the Patriots after winning head to head against the team, while Denver also plays Cincy coming up before the season ends.
Denver comes in after winning against the Chargers and the team can clinch a playoff spot with a victory on Sunday against the Raiders. The team is banged up coming into the game, with Ronnie Hillman and CJ Anderson dealing with injuries along with Vernon Davis and TJ Ward. Ward could be out again and Peyton Manning remains on the sidelines, although Osweiler has played well and has won all three of his starts so far for Denver.
Osweiler will start again this week and Manning could be back soon after returning to practice last week where he started throwing again. The Denver defense has been one of the best in the league this season and the team is expected to get back DeMarcus Ware after he missed time with a back injury. Denver won against Oakland the last time the two teams played with some scoring from the defense and in that game Charles Woodson had two picks against Peyton Manning.
The Raiders have been getting some solid play from Derek carr this season and he comes in with 26 touchdowns and nine picks while throwing for 3178 yards. Amari Cooper has been putting up nice numbers as a rookie and he comes into the game with 62 catches for 920 yards and four scores this season. Hillman has been leading the Broncos in rushing, while Latavius Murray has put u 851 yards and five scores this season.
