The Michigan Wolverines host the Iowa Hawkeyes in their Big Ten meeting of Week 12 as both teams face each other at 12 p.m. ET.

Michigan comes into the matchup ranked 21st as they are 7-3 in the season.

They are winners of two straight as they battled 24th ranked Northwester last week into overtime and won by a touchdown 38-31.

They can thank their 16th ranked defense for only allowing 18 points a game, which gives the team to win every game.

Their offense scores just under 30 points a game and it is guided by their running game which averages 194 yards per game, good for 35th in the FBS. It makes up for what they lack in passing as they are ranked 100th in the FBS with 189 yards per game.

Denard Robinson is their leading rusher with 946 yards and six TDs. Right behind him is Fitzgerald Toussaint with 483 yards on the ground and dive touchdowns.

By the way, Robinson is also the quarterback. He's thrown 1,319 yards and nine touchdowns in the season.

For Iowa, it has been a tough season.  They have lost four straight games, the last two were lost by three points each. Iowa lost to Purdue and Indiana.

They will make it tough for the Wolverines to score as their defense is ranked 29th in the FBS allowing just 22 points per game on average.
