The Arkansas Razorbacks came on too late this season, but the team's momentum is at least letting them end the year on a high note. The Razorbacks are fresh off wins over Ole Miss and LSU while falling just short of beating Mississippi State. Now they are hopeful to end the year on a high note as they face off against the Missouri Tigers who want to send head coach Gary Pinkel out on a high note.

The Razorbacks are heavy favorites in this matchup simply because of how well Brandon Allen has been playing. The quarterback put forth a big game against the Mississippi State Bulldogs despite the loss. He tossed for 406 yards for seven touchdowns in the 51-50 game. That tied an SEC record while being the second time this season the quarterback tossed at least six touchdowns in a game. The issue for Arkansas was their lack of a rushing attack. Alex Collins only managed 53 yards in the game while the team had 73 yards total. Hunter Henry was the star with 129 yards and two touchdowns. They could both be up for big games against Missouri.

Missouri is preparing to wear black jerseys in hopes of giving Pinkel one more win. The head coach is retiring at the end of the season for health reasons and while the Tigers have struggled this season, the team could like to get one more SEC win for the long-time head coach. The Tigers fell short of beating Tennessee as Drew Lock struggled against the defense. The freshman quarterback has been dealing with issues at the receiver position, but he has still managed to toss the ball a lot which could get him a win over the Razorbacks who have a secondary allowing 250 passing yards in their last five games.

The Tigers need a better game from Russell Hansbrough. The running back put up 1,084 yards last year, but only has 422 yards through 10 games this season. That has been because the Tigers' passing attack has stalled more than started this season. A win over Arkansas would make the team bowl eligible for Pinkel who is looking to go out on a high note.
