Jay Ajayi #23 of the Miami Dolphins comes up short of a touchdown against the Buffalo Bills during the second half at Ralph Wilson Stadium on November 8, 2015 in Orchard Park, New York. "

The Miami Dolphins saw Jay Ajayi return from injury on Sunday and he is a solid fantasy sleeper behind Lamar Miller for Week 10, while Rishard Matthews could be another good option for Ryan Tannehill. Lamar Miller and Jarvis Landry remain the best starter options and they both should be used on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, while DeVante Parker could be out again with an injury.

Ajayi made his debut for the Dolphins last week after dealing with a rib injury and he looked good for the team, rushing for 41 yards in the loss against the Bills. Ajayi is not going to displace Lamar Miller as the starter anytime soon, but he could be a solid fantasy football sleeper and handcuff option for the second half of the season. The Dolphins let go of Jonas Gray and they have been waiting to get Ajayi involved after drafting him this year to be the backup for Miller.

Ajayi averaged eight yards per carry and he could continue getting touches if he continues to play well for Miami. Rishard Matthews has been the best receiver for the team behind Jarvis Landry this season and he comes in with 37 catches in eifght games after having just 12 last season. Mathews was almost released this offseason, but Miami made a smart move by keeping him, as the team has not gotten much from DeVante Parker, Greg Jennings or Kenny Stills this season. Parker missed last week and he could be out again in Week 10 with a foot issue, according to ESPN.com.

The Dolphins have a decent stretch of games coming up and the next four could decide whether their season has any hope for the playoffs. The team is on the cusp of the playoff picture despite being down in the AFC East, as they are 3-5 coming into the weekend and could bounce back with a few wins over the next four games. The team had won two straight before losing to the Patriots and now the team has dropped two in a row after losing to the Bills.

Coming up the team has the Eagles on the road, the Cowboys at home and then the Jets in New York before playing the Ravens at home. The Dolphins schedule s manageable and after that the team has three of four at home, including the Giants, Colts and Patriots to end the season. The Chargers come ahead of the Colts and Pats and that game will be on the road in San Diego.

The Dolphins missed the playoffs last season, but Tannehill had the best year of his career and he is trying to get back on track now after a couple up and down performances. Matthews has stepped up this season with Kenny Stills and DeVante Parker not going much and the team is hoping that Parker can make an impact down the back stretch. Jarvis Landry and Matthews have been the best receivers after an offseason of change saw the Dolphins release Brian Hartline and they also traded Mike Wallace. The Dolphins traded Dannell Ellerbe for Stills to the Saints and Stills has been mostly a disappointment this season so far.
