Buffalo Bills Rumors: Karlos Williams Confident LeSean McCoy Active Week 10, Tyrod Taylor Pushes Robert Woods, Charles Clay Help with Sammy Watkins

The Buffalo Bills are preparing to play what is being deemed as a rivalry matchup considering coach Rex Ryan's history with the New York Jets. After gaining a lot of momentum beating the Miami Dolphins, injuries are what could halt that as they are becoming an issue on the roster. With Harvin already out, there is a chance the Bills will not have LeSean McCoy in Week 10 as well.

According to Ryan, McCoy is expected to play against the Jets, but NFL Media's Albert Breer reported the running back has not been at practice and has undergone an MRI on his injured shoulder. The injury is being reported as a sprain which makes the running back uncertain for Week 10 play. The Bills would love to have their leading rusher on the field as he had his way with the Dolphins' defense. The running back put up 112 yards before leaving the game early on Sunday. Karlos Williams is a suitable replacement for McCoy, but even the backup believes the veteran will be on the field.

"I guarantee he's gonna be 100 percent on Sunday," Williams said, via ESPN.com. He'll be fine. He's a tough guy. He's always played through injury. ... I don't think he's even injured. I think he's a little banged up, a little bruised. So he'll be fine. Practices every single day, works out every single day, I say he'll be fine."

The Bills will be facing a much tougher defense in the Jets than they did with the Dolphins. Having two running backs fresh off 100-yard games will be big for the team, but the x-factor will be Sammy Watkins who is set to face Darrelle Revis. Watkins had a breakout game for Tyrod Taylor against Miami and is well aware he needs to repeat the effort.

"Most definitely. I'm pretty sure he'll be following me around. I look forward to it," Watkins said, via Tyler Dunne of The Buffalo News. "As a receiver who wants to be noticed as a top receiver, you definitely want to go against those type of guys."

In Week 9, Robert Woods went without a catch which he insists is because he was blocking more. Without Harvin, Woods cannot repeat that performance. The Bills got a lot out of Watkins because they did not get anything out of anyone else. The Jets have a more balanced defense which means the Bills need a more balanced attack. Charles Clay having just one catch while Woods went with nothing is not going to get the job done.
