Pittsburgh Steelers

Martavis Bryant/Antonio Brown (Wide Receivers): Brown managed to get himself back to fantasy relevance as he caught 6 of 8 targets for 124 yards. Brown may have stayed out of the end zone but at least he picked up enough yards to gain some points. Bryant on the other hand only hauled in 3 out of his 8 targets for 45 yards but got into the end zone for a touchdown. The emergence of Bryant is important because he could continue to dominate targets even when Roethlisberger returns thanks to his high level of productivity and propensity to get into the end zone.

Le'Veon Bell (Running Back): Bell did not find his way into the end zone in week 7 however he racked up over a 100 yards on the ground. Bell finished week 7 with 17 carries for 121 yards and caught all 4 of his targets for 16 yards. Bell's role should decrease when Roethlisberger returns however he should have an easier time running the ball.

Kansas City Chiefs

Charcandrick West (Running Back): West actually looked like Jamaal Charles in this game as he gained 110 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries. West also caught 2 of his 5 targets for 19 yards in one of his best performances in the NFL so far, West should continue to be an RB2 going down the road.

Travis Kelce (Tight End): Kelce could not haul in a touchdown in week 7 however he caught 5 out of 6 targets for 73 yards. Kelce should have more of an impact while Maclin is out however his ceiling will always remain relatively low with Alex Smith throwing the ball to him.

Chris Conley/Albert Wilson (Wide Receiver): Conley came alive and showed the NFL world that his excellent combine performance could translate to some production on the field. Conley caught 6 out of his 7 targets for 63 yards and a touchdown. With Maclin out Conley became Smith's go to wide receiver. Albert Wilson also provided some help hauling in 3 out of 6 targets for 71 yards.
