The New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys are playing on the NFL schedule in Week 5 of the season and the game is from AT&T Stadium and will be on TV from CBS. Tom Brady and the Pats come in at 3-0 on the season and the Cowboys are 2-2 after losing last week and both Tony Romo and Dez Bryant remain out for the ‘Boys.

The Cowboys opened the season with wins over the Giants and the Eagles and they have now lost to the Falcons and the Saints. The Patriots and Giants are next on the schedule for the Cowboys and then the team has a big game against the Seattle Seahawks the following week. The Cowboys schedule has the Eagles and Buccaneers after that and the team also will play the Dolphins, Panthers and Redskins before the Packers in the next stretch.

The Patriots are coming off of a bye week and the team has won three straight games to start the season. The team won over the Steelers and Bills before playing against the Jaguars and coming up they have the most anticipated game of the season. The team goes on the road against the Colts after playing the Cowboys and this is the first time the teams are matching up since the "Deflategate" game in the AFC championship last year.

The Patriots are Super Bowl champs and they are looked at as the favorites in the AFC and they have done nothing to dispel that notion so far this season. The team plays against the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins after that stretch of games with the Cowboys and Colts and those division games are big heading into the back stretch of the season. Tom Brady comes in with nine touchdowns this season with 1112 passing yards and he has had a strong start.

The Cowboys have Brandon Weeden starting in place of Tony Romo and Dez Bryant remains on the sidelines and the team is hoping to hold tight heading into the next quarter of the season. The Cowboys are hoping that once Romo returns he can stay in the starting lineup, while Bryant is looking like he is closer to coming back. Lance Dunbar is out for the season and that means Joseph Randle and Darren McFadden will have to step up along with Christine Michael.

The Cowboys division remains wide open and the team is looking to win it for the second straight season. The Giants are 2-2 and the Redskins come in at the same record after winning over the Eagles. While the Cowboys are still the favorites, the division remains wide open at the quarter mark.
