The Buffalo Bills could be without LeSean McCoy for multiple games with a hamstring injury and that makes Karlos Williams the starter for the team and for fantasy football owners. Williams has been impressive to start the season and into Week 5 he is a good option for the Bills along with Charles Clay and Robert Woods.

The Bills have been one of the surprising teams in the league this season, but they lost in Week 4 to the Giants and now will need to bounce back against the Titans. McCoy missed his first game of the season on Sunday, but he has been dealing with the hamstring issue since the preseason and now he could be out for a stretch. According to Fox Sports, Mike Garafolo reports that McCoy had an MRI and that he has a "new tear" in his hamstring and that could keep him out for longer than the Bills expected.

Garafolo reports that McCoy could be out for three to four weeks with the injury and it comes after McCoy said that he will not play again until he is healthy. McCoy reportedly said to Joe Buscaglia of WKBW last week that he is not going to "go out there if" he is not "100 percent" and that could mean a month on the sidelines for the Bills. McCoy was acquired in the offseason for Kiko Alonso and so far he has not had the chance to get things going for the Bills.

The Bills actually have a fairly easy schedule over the next few weeks, apart from a game against the Bengals and that could make it less of a hit with McCoy out. The team plays the Titans, Bengals and Jaguars next and the team would be satisfied if they go 2-1 in that stretch with or without McCoy. The team has a solid starter option for McCoy with Williams, who has shown through four games that he can be a number one running back on the depth chart.

Williams has four total touchdowns this season and he has rushed for 226 yards in four games while averaging over five yards per carry. Williams had 70 total yards against the Giants on Sunday and he had 21 total touches in the game between rushing and catching the ball. The Bills offense needs Williams to stay productive and depending on how McCoy looks when he comes back, Williams could continue to get carries for the Bills.

Sammy Watkins missed Week 4 against the Giants with a calf injury and he could be out moving forward for a stretch and that could give a boost to Robert Woods and Charles Clay. Clay had a very solid game against the Giants with nine catches for 111 yards and his 13 targets is a promising number for fantasy owners looking for a tight end. Woods had just three catches, but with Watkins banged up, Woods is a solid add for the next few weeks.
