Tyrod Taylor #5 of the Buffalo Bills hands off to Karlos Williams #29 during a game against the Miami Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium on September 27, 2015 in Miami Gardens, Florida. "

The Buffalo Bills may start Karlos Williams in Week 4 with LeSean McCoy dealing with an injury and fantasy football owners should keep an eye on the injury reports heading into Sunday. Sammy Watkins is also dealing with an injury and players like Robert Woods and Percy Harvin could be sleepers for Tyrod Taylor this weekend.

The Bills have had McCoy dealing with a hamstring injury all season and he could be limited if he plays on Sunday. According to the Buffalo News, Rex Ryan said that Karlos Williams has earned more carries and that he should continue getting work with McCoy moving forward. Ryan spoke about McCoy and Watkins on Thursday and he did not rule either player out for the game yet in week 4, according to ESPN.com.

McCoy and Watkins both missed practice and while that is not a good sign for those players suiting up this weekend, Ryan did not officially say they will be out. The Bills have the Giants on Sunday and Ryan likely wants to keep the team preparing for those players for as long as possible. The players did not practice this week and that makes it unlikely that they will be suiting up on Sunday. McCoy is dealing with a hamstring issue, while Sammy Watkins is dealing with a calf injury.

Earlier in the week Ryan said that it "doesn't' look good" for McCoy playing this week and missing practice on Thursday did not change that. McCoy has just 146 yards this season in three games and his best game came in Week 2 against the Patriots with 15 carries for 89 yards. Williams has made the most of his chances with McCoy hampered, as he has scored at least one TD in each game, while McCoy has zero. Williams outrushed McCoy last week and had a career game against Miami and that could be a sign of things to come.

Williams has 186 yards rushing this season and three touchdowns and he comes in after rushing for 110 yards and a TD on Sunday. Williams is worth starting in fantasy even if McCoy is playing, as he has been taking touchdowns from the running back and could see a boost with McCoy literally hamstrung this week. Williams is a high upside option moving forward, as hamstring injuries usually can be lingering, serially for running backs.

Watkins has had a very slow start to the season with just seven catches for 99 yards and he also could be out on Sunday. Watkins had a strong rookie season and had 65 catches for 982 yards while playing in all 16 games, but he had hip surgery in the offseason and now is dealing with a calf issue. Watkins being out gives a boost to Robert Woods and Percy Harvin and those players are solid starter picks. Woods comes in with just nine catches for 125 yards, but he could have a good matchup against a mediocre Giants secondary on Sunday.
