Minnesota Vikings
Teddy Bridgewater (Quarterback): Bridgewater struggled against a Chargers defense which is kind of puzzling as they are a middle of the road group who can be beaten. Now Bridgewater has to face an elite Broncos defense stock piled with a ton of weapons. Bridgewater should struggle mightily against the Broncos and is a low tier QB2 for this matchup.
Adrian Peterson (Running Back): Peterson will be going up against a great Broncos defense that boasts both Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware I think that should be enough to stop the future hall of famer from running wild in Denver but he should have a touchdown. Peterson is a RB2 this week.
Denver Broncos
Peyton Manning (Quarterback): Manning has had more success playing out of the shotgun than playing under center in this Gary Kubiak led offense. The Broncos should continue to rely on what makes Peyton, Peyton and utilize the shotgun as much as possible. The Vikings have a sneaky good defense as well and could put a ton of pressure on Manning forcing him to make bad throws. They also can stop the run and that should force Manning to pass more than he wants too.
Demaryius Thomas/Emmanuel Sanders (Wide Receivers): Thomas and Sanders have been keeping this offense humming while the running game has struggled. With Peyton lining up in the shotgun his throws are more accurate and Thomas and Sanders have seen pretty big stat lines these past two weeks because of this. Both are an excellent play in week 4.
C.J. Anderson/Ronnie Hillman (Running Backs): Anderson has been one of the biggest fantasy disappointments of all time. Anderson has either been injured or ineffective and probably cost you a first or second round pick. Anderson will continue to struggle behind Denver's patchwork line that can protect Peyton pretty well but cannot help a running back out at all. Hillman is Anderson's backup who is chomping at the bit to be a starter and currently has a higher yards per carry average. Anderson could find himself as the odd man out if he has another bad game or is injured again. Both running backs looked average behind the Broncos offensive line.
