New York Giants

Odell Beckham (Wide Receiver): Odell Beckham should put up the most points of any Giants player but in this matchup that is not saying much. Beckham is an unbelievable wide receiver so him getting into the end zone against the Bills is not an impossibility but the Bills could possibly have the best defense in the league. The Giants have one of the worst offensive lines and will come under constant fire from Rex Ryan's heavy blitzing scheme. If Manning has the time to connect with Odell he will however there is a good chance that just will not happen come Sunday. Beckham is a low end WR1 this week.

Eli Manning (Quarterback): Manning will face what could be his biggest test of 2015 so far. Manning has yet to face a lock down defense in 2015 and that is exactly what he is getting against the Bills. The Bills will look to disrupt Manning and abuse that offensive line that has been hobbled by injury. The Bills defense has played the Colts, Patriots, and Dolphins already literally becoming dominant through a trial of fire. The Bills got abused by the Patriots because after all they are the Super Bowl champions for a reason. But the Bills held both Andrew Luck and Ryan Tannehill 's respective teams to 14 points on the day. Manning will need to have a career game in order to beat the Bills.

Buffalo Bills

Tyrod Taylor (Quarterback): Taylor has become a fantasy superstar over the past three games showing great instincts to get the ball into the end zone. Taylor is having the same impact that Russell Wilson did the first time he was fantasy relevant so for all you Taylor owners ride the wave and enjoy the show he puts on against the Giants.

Charles Clay (Tight End): Clay has had touchdowns in back to back games so it is safe to say he is a solid target for Taylor. Clay could have a big day as the Giants should have a tough time stopping him.

Karlos Williams (Running Back): Williams will have a big day rushing the ball is LeSean McCoy is downgraded to out this week. Williams is powerful back who will put up a ton of points on a beaten up Giants defense. Rex Ryan likes to hammer the ball down opposing team's throats so expect Williams to get significant carries.
