San Francisco 49ers

Colin Kaepernick (Quarterback): Kaepernick might have had the worst day out of any starting quarterback besides Big Ben. Kaepernick completed 9 of 19 pass attempts for 67 yards, 4 interceptions, and ran the ball 7 times for 46 yards and a touchdown. Kaepernick should remain a free agent in all fantasy leagues.

Carlos Hyde (Running Back): Carlos Hyde has fallen off a bit after his impressive week 1 debut. Hyde finished week 3 with 15 carries for 51 yards with 1 reception for 10 yards. With Kaepernick struggling in the passing game it was obvious that the Cardinals would do everything they could to plug up the rushing lanes.

Arizona Cardinals

Carson Palmer (Quarterback): Palmer has been one of the best fantasy quarterbacks of this young 2015 NFL season. He finished week 3 completing 20 of 32 pass attempts for 311 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception. Palmer will continue to be a QB1 going forward.

John Brown (Wide Receiver): John Brown had an average day hauling in 3 out of 5 targets for 62 yards. Brown is Palmer's favorite weapon but the emergence of Larry Fitzgerald this year has made the target situation in Arizona complicated.

Chris Johnson/David Johnson (Running Backs): Chris Johnson had an incredible day. He had 22 carries, 110 yards, 2 touchdowns and caught 1 of 2 passes for 40 yards. Chris Johnson has become a nice addition for this Cardinals team and he has definitely made every team who passed on him rethink their decision. David Johnson had a modest day in comparison; he finished with 7 carries for 25 yards and caught all 3 of his targets for 16 yards.
