Joseph Randle #21 of the Dallas Cowboys carries the ball against the Minnesota Vikings in the first quarter on August 29, 2015 in Arlington, Texas. "

Joseph Randle (Dallas Cowboys): This may be Randle's last opportunity at making an impact as the starting running back for the Cowboys. The Cowboys are currently splitting practice reps between Randle and Christine Michael the Cowboys newest running back. Randle may need to make an impact soon and this Falcons defense is the best matchup he has had all season. With Romo out the Cowboys will lean on the running game and that is where Randle should excel.  Randle is a RB1 this week.

Marshawn Lynch (Seattle Seahawks): Lynch has disappointed fantasy owners this season however he has a great matchup coming up against the Chicago Bears. The Bears should not be able to stop a Seahawks rushing attack that is looking to rebound after two bad games. The Seahawks are 0-2 and this will be the game where he puts the team on his back. Lynch is a RB1 this week.

Latavius Murray (Oakland Raiders): Murray will be facing off against a mediocre Browns defense that will need to look out for Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree all day. Murray should find a lot of holes with the Browns and play a pivotal role in the Raiders' offense as Carr's primary check down target. Murray is an RB2 with RB1 upside this week.

Jamaal Charles (Kansas City Chiefs): Charles will be looking to rebound after fumbling twice in a close game with the Broncos which led to a subsequent Kansas City loss. Charles will look to make an impact for his team this week against a Green Bay defense that can struggle against the run. Charles is an RB1 for week 3.
