Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Doug martin (Running Back): Martin is going to have a tall task ahead of him facing this Houston defense led by JJ Watt. Martin had a good game last week but will struggle to find holes against the Texans defensive playmakers. Martin is still a talented and capable running back who can be very explosive so he could see some goal line carries if Winston helps get them within scoring distance. Martin is a low tier RB2 for this week.

Vincent Jackson/ Mike Evans (Wide Receivers): Vincent Jackson finally found the end zone this season last week and put up a pretty decent day. Jackson will find some holes in the Houston secondary however Jameis Winston is going to need some time to throw the ball which is unlikely. Evans on the other hand is a second round draft pick who has done absolutely nothing this season. He had 0 catches and this could be because he is returning from an injury however it could also be that with Winston under center he has his own targets that he likes to focus on. This week should say a lot about Mike Evans fantasy future.

Houston Texans

DeAndre Hopkins/Cecil Shorts (Wide Receivers): With two mediocre quarterbacks throwing to them Hopkins and Shorts will be unable to achieve their full potential. I am pretty certain Blake Bortles is better than both of these quarterbacks so the Texans should have a tough time creating offensive consistency. The matchup however is great and could really set the tone for the rest of the Texans season.

Chris Polk/Alfred Blue/Jonathan Grimes (Running Backs): Polk was the lead back last week and it is clear that this is a situation to stay away from. The Texans rushing game is one of the worst in the NFL but once again a great matchup is available.
