The Philadelphia Eagles season is dependent on the health of Sam Bradford. The quarterback is coming off two back-to-back ACL injuries and has not been healthy for over two years. The Eagles took a chance on trading for the quarterback in hopes that his injuries are behind him and he can now focus on being the quarterback that earned him the top draft pick. So, it is natural that there is panic when Bradford's name pops up on the injury report following a Week 1 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Bradford's name is on this week's injury report following an ankle injury suffered on Monday night. The quarterback reportedly went and had x-rays after the game as precautionary measures, but everything is supposedly fine. Bradford reported to Wednesday's practice with that ankle heavily taped and downplayed the issue when asked by the media about it.

"I knew everything was fine. They just wanted to check it out," Bradford said, via the Philadelphia Inquirer. "It didn't hurt. It wasn't sore."

There appears to be no reason to panic about Bradford's health so fans can go back to thinking about how underused DeMarco Murray was in the season opener. Head coach Chip Kelly plans on sticking with the same running back rotation, so fantasy owners should expect another light workload for the back, but Murray made it clear he can do the most with a little as he got two touchdowns for Philadelphia on Monday night. Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles will continue to work in against the Cowboys as Murray admits there is added motivation this week.

"I'm approaching it as any other game," Murray said, via the Dallas Morning News. "I'm not looking at it as facing the Cowboys. I'm going through my normal routine, my normal preparation and not trying to do anything extra to worry about anything I don't have to worry about. Just preparing like I always prepare for any other game."

Bradford and Murray will need to step things up against the Dallas defense. While the run game proved unstoppable against the Falcons, the passing game will have to improve to beat the Cowboys. Jordan Matthews had key drops in the season opener that led to the game-winning interception. In a divisional game that cannot happen again. The Eagles are prepared to get rookie Nelson Agholor more involved after his one-catch effort along with Zach Ertz who looked impressive after missing the preseason with injuries.
