1. Greg Olsen (Carolina Panthers)
[Opponent: Houston Texans]: Olsen is due for a productive game after dropping a dud in week. Olsen besides Gronkowski and Graham is probably the highest ranked tight end in the NFL. With the Panthers losing Kelvin Benjamin it should be a no brainer that Olsen's targets increase however that just did not seem to be the case last week. Regardless of how hard he tried Olsen and the Panthers offense could not get on the same page. Officially Olsen was targeted once, that won't happen again in week 2.
2. Austin Seferian-Jenkins (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
[Opponent: New Orleans Saints]: Jenkins seems to be the Buccaneers quarterback, Jameis Winston's security blanket which makes him pretty valuable to fantasy owners. He had more yards than the leading scorer for tight ends Rob Gronkowski and only one less touchdown and target. This means Winston is basically throwing to ASJ like he is Gronk with pretty similar results. ASJ should have a good day against a struggling Saints defense.
3. Jason Witten (Dallas Cowboys)
[Opponent: Philadelphia Eagles]: With Dez Bryant out of action for several weeks Witten will likely become the primary red zone option. Witten and Romo have been winning games for a long time together and that connection will help move the Cowboys through this tough time without Dez. Witten's history against Philadelphia is not pretty but that's why his luck is about to change. It's a rare sight that you get Dez Bryant off the field and Witten should see the most benefits from this.
4. Kyle Rudolph (Minnesota Vikings)
[Opponent: Detroit Lions]: Rudolph was the only Viking worth owning after Monday's blowout victory. Rudolph remains a constant mismatch for defenses as well as one of Bridgewater's easiest targets to hit when he healthy. Rudolph should have more success against the Lions.
5. Jimmy Graham (Seattle Seahawks)
[Opponent: Green Bay Packers]: The Packers gave up a solid amount of points to Martellus Bennett last week and Graham is infinitely better. Graham will likely put up some big numbers against Green Bay and could see the end zone multiple times.
