Kurt Coleman #20 of the Carolina Panthers tries to tackle running back LeSean McCoy #25 of the Buffalo Bills during a preseason game on August 14, 2015 during a preseason game at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, New York."

The five best:

1. Carolina Panthers: 21.00 Fantasy Points: The Panthers absolutely destroyed Jacksonville possibly a sign that the Jaguars will have the best matchup for fantasy defenses this season.

2. Seattle Seahawks: 19.00 Fantasy Points: The Seahawks made a lot of noise in a game that they lost and were also without Kam Chancellor.

3. New York Jets: 17.00 Fantasy Points: The Jets jumped up a couple of spots and proved that they were one of the best defenses in football by beating up on the lowly Browns.

4. Denver Broncos: 16.00 Fantasy Points: The Broncos made their prescence felt after they destroyed Joe Flacco and the Ravens with constant pressure. They also had a couple of picks.

5. Baltimore Ravens: 16.00 Fantasy Points: The Ravens defense did the same to Peyton and the Broncos offense however they also lost their key player Terrell Suggs in the process.

The five worst:

1. Houston Texans: 2.00 Fantasy Points: The Chiefs were just better in all phases of the game and the Texans offense did nothing to help that defense rest.

2. Philadelphia Eagles: 5.00 Fantasy Points: After all of the changes Chip Kelly made it is natural to see some regression but only 5 points? Either the Falcons offense is extremely explosive or the Eagles defense is as bad as we think they are.

3. Arizona Cardinals: 5.00 Fantasy Points: The Cardinals had to contend with Drew Brees all afternoon and they could never really rack up the sacks or the turnovers to make any type of fantasy impact.

4. New England Patriots: 5.00 Fantasy Points: The Patriots were dealing with the high powered offense of the Steelers and even though Le'Veon Bell or Martavius Bryant were not playing Antonio Brown handled the majority of the offensive snaps.

5. Buffalo Bills: 9.00 Fantasy Points: The Bills put up an ok amount of points however they were playing against Andrew Luck how many points did you really think they would have? The Bills will face another tough challenge in week 2 against the Patriots.
