Eli Manning #10 of the New York Giants
Eli Manning #10 of the New York Giants looks on against the Cincinnati Bengals during a preseason game at Paul Brown Stadium on August 14, 2015 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Bengals defeated the Giants 23-10. "

5 things to watch for....

1. Can the Giants offensive line pull it together?

The Giants offensive line has been pretty decimated this offseason by injury. The Giants will need to pull the guys they have left together to bounce back. In Eli Manning's first start of the preseason he was 4/8 for 22 yards. He looked lost overthrowing his receivers and struggling to stay in a crumbling pocket. That offensive line will need to play better if the Giants hope to have one of the better passing games in the NFL.

2. Can TJ Yeldon be an every down back?

Yeldon is currently dealing with a sprained finger and will likely spend most of his time being eased into the offense, but Jaguars fans this is your next franchise running back. Yeldon is the Jaguars 2nd round pick and will need to play up to his pedigree to get an immediate start.

3. Will Blake Bortles continue to build chemistry with his WRs?

Blake Bortles played almost the entire 1st half going for 11/15 for 118 yards. Bortles also ran for one touchdown which showed his versatility out of the pocket. With Julius Thomas out it will important that the Jaguars find wide receivers who know their quarterback.

4. How will the Giant's defense look?

How will this decimated Giants defense look after it gave up 20 points to the Bengals in the preseason? The Giants only lost players in that game due to injury, expect it to get worse for the Gmen before it gets better.

5. What wide receivers will step up for the Giants?

With Victor Cruz sitting this one out and Rueben Randle dealing with some knee soreness can guys like Preston Parker, Corey Washington, or Dwayne Harris make an impact with this unit? The Giants signed James Jones a couple of weeks ago which means that this offense might not be finished reshuffling their cards.
