Just a heads up out there readers: This is a list of the 5 worst teams to pick FANTASY players from, not the worst teams in the league.

Philadelphia Eagles:

The Eagles have had a lot of movement on their roster this offseason. Fantasy staples such as Jeremy Maclin and LeSean McCoy left and were replaced by players whose values will be split in half. For a long time Shady McCoy took the majority of the carries in Philadelphia with Darren Sproles only spelling him when he was exhausted. Now the Eagle's backfield has 2 new running backs in addition to Darren Sproles, DeMarco Murray and Ryan Matthews.

Murray is coming off of the best year a running back has had in the NFL in quite a while. Now Murray will not replicate that this year, this we already know because he is splitting carries with Matthews. The Eagles paid two new running backs basically the same amount as McCoy's original contract not to put one of them on the bench. Murray will be the first team back, but when he's getting subbed out for Sproles or Matthews constantly it will grow more concerning as the season goes on.

Let's not forget about the injury history of these two backs either. Last season was Murray's first season healthy, and that is why the Cowboy's let him go, he is injury prone. Matthews was never healthy even when he was on the field, expecting that to change is like expecting Roddy White to have 15 touchdowns this season, IT JUST WON'T HAPPEN.  Lastly Murray will fall victim to the curse of 370. Every running backs production has sharply declined after having 370 carries the season before; Murray will not be the exception.

The Eagles wide receivers are as follows; Nelson Agholor (rookie), Riley Cooper, Jordan Matthews, Miles Austin, Josh Huff. That is quite possibly the lamest lineup of wide receivers an NFC East team has. The exception being Matthews who has the potential to break out, but let's be honest Austin, Huff, and Cooper will do nothing this year. Rookie Agholor is also a promising option but still he is a rookie.

Finally the quarterbacks, Sam Bradford needs to stay healthy for this team not to tank. If Bradford is injured again that means another one of Chip Kelly's trades will have blown up in his face and that will establish a trend. Already linebacker Kiko Alonso has been hit with a concussion, and the Eagles traded McCoy for Alonso straight up. If Bradford gets hurt he has Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow looking to take the reins.

New York Jets:

Geno Smith just got his jaw broken by his own teammate, enough said. Even Brandon Marshall would not draft Brandon Marshall while he is on the Jets.

Jacksonville Jaguars:

The Jaguars could surprise everyone and be pretty average this season. Their main fault is their offensive line. The line needs to protect Blake Bortles if he wants to stop throwing interceptions. Bortles will have more weapons than ever before now that the Jaguars have signed Julius Thomas and have drafted TJ Yeldon. But it just keeps coming back to that offensive line; the line will dictate how many points that offense generates.

San Francisco 49ers:

The 49ers have had quite possibly the roughest offseason out of any NFL team. They have seen more defensive starters leave than any other team in the league as well as some key offensive linemen. This is the year Kaepernick's needs to be on his game and he may have the least amount of help he has ever had. Sure the 49ers signed an aging Anquan Boldin, and speedster Torrey Smith but the face of that offense is gone. Frank Gore left for Indianapolis in hopes to win a title, now the 49ers have sophomore Carlos Hyde looking to lead the way.

Hyde is not nearly as durable as Gore was and that line is not as good as when Gore ran behind it so expect a drop off in production. Smith should be double teamed for a large amount of the time which may open up some targets to Vernon Davis however after last season I would not count on it. The 49ers also signed Reggie Bush to be there change of pace back. He might be able to stay healthy and use his carries wisely to score some fantasy points but that also in a new system is a long shot. They will run the ball a ton so whoever stays healthy will most likely be the beneficiary of the 49ers offense.

St. Louis Rams:

The Rams are on the cusp of something big, whether or not that something is success is debatable. The Ram's defensive line is looking stronger than it has ever been however besides that there is not a lot going on. The offensive line will still be below average and Todd Gurley should not be the starter earlier on in the season. Tre Mason will take the lead in carries early on as this appears to be his last chance at being the starter before Todd Gurley shows the NFL what he's made of. Foles should be a better quarterback than Bradford but they both have had iffy years so it should not be that much of a change.
