The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may consider a Mike Glennon trade this offseason if they draft Jameis Winston number one overall if that happens, teams like the Cleveland Browns, NY Jets, Buffalo Bills, Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins could be interested in making a move with the Bucs.

Glennon has started 18 games for the Buccaneers over the last two seasons and now he could be on his way out of Tampa Bay in 2015. According to ESPN reporter Pat Yasinskas, the Buccaneers are willing to part ways with Glennon and any team that is interested in him could acquire the quarterback for a draft pick. The Buccaneers let go of Josh McCown and with Winston the expected selection at number one overall, Glennon could be expendable.

Glennon was drafted in 2013 in the third round and he has had some experience with the Buccaneers, including playing in six games last year. Glennon has a very strong arm and he has completed 58 percent of his passes with 29 touchdowns and 15 interceptions in limited playing time. earlier this offseason the Cleveland Browns were mentioned as a team that was interested in Glennon and depending on how the draft plays out, they could inquire about Glennon.

Jeremy Fowler reported in February that the Browns had "at least sniffed around" on Glennon and now that the draft is getting closer, they could consider that again. Ray Farmer said that the team would consider quarterbacks in the upcoming draft and if that doesn't work out, Glennon or Kirk Cousins could be trade targets.

Adam Caplan at ESPN.com reported that the Buccaneers would consider trading Glennon for a mid round pick and that a third rounder likely would do it for the team. Glennon is just 25 years old and if a team sees potential in him, it could be worth a trade over trying to make a huge move for Marcus Mariota. Glennon played in 13 games in 2013 and had 2608 passing yards with 19 touchdowns and nine interceptions. While overall Glennon's numbers have not been fantastic, they are fairly solid for a young player with limited experience and there could be some potential there.

Mike Francesa said earlier in the offseason that if the Jets can't get Marcus Mariota in the draft that Glennon should be the target if they do not believe in Geno Smith. Francesa said that it could be worth it to give up a lesser pick, potentially a third or fourth round pick on a guy with potential over a huge package for an unknown like Mariota.

The Bills could be a potential option even after trading for Matt Cassel, while the Jets are also a team that could look at Glennon. The Jets traded for Ryan Fitzpatrick, but he is dealing with an injury, while Smith has been up and down over his early career. The Browns have Johnny Manziel coming out of rehab and he is still a bit of an unknown, while McCown is a bridge starter at best for the team. The draft is at the end of April.
