The Buffalo Bills have been making moves this offseason and players like Percy Harvin, Cecil Shorts, Jermaine Gresham and Charles Clay could be potential free agent options after Scott Chandler was released and LeSean McCoy was acquired and this comes as the Cleveland Browns and the Miami Dolphins are also chasing Clay in free agency.

The Bills pulled off the big move for McCoy this offseason with the Eagles and they signed him to a new contract after the deal was made. The team also added Matt Cassel at quarterback to come in over EJ Manuel and that gives Rex Ryan a veteran starter for their offense. The defense is coming back strong with Jerry Hughes returning and that is why Buffalo likely will focus on the offensive side of the ball for the rest of free agency.

According to Pro Football Talk, the team is visiting with Percy Harvin and is hosting the receiver this week and it comes after Harvin spent time with Ryan in New York with the Jets. The website also reports that the team is making a run at Charles Clay, who is a free agent but was hit with the transition ta by the Dolphins. The Dolphins will have seven days to match if the team gives Clay and offer sheet and right now it looks like they will. ESPN.com reports that the Bills have released Scott Chandler and that makes the Clay deal more likely.

Harvin is having a long visit with the team and Josina Anderson at ESPN.com reports that things have been going "great" during the visit in Buffalo. Harvin comes in after making 51 catches for the Jets and Seahawks last season in 13 games and he also had 483 yards receiving and 202 yards rushing. Harvin is looking for a better situation after what happened last year and ESPN.com reports that the Patriots are also interested.

The Bills passing offense was terrible last season and they hope adding someone like Harvin and possibly Clay can help turn things around. Cassel is not a great quarterback, but he is above average and with the defense in Buffalo, the Bills can make a run at the playoffs.

According to Jeremy Fowler at ESPN.com, the Bills are not the only team looking at Clay, as Cleveland also sees him as a "top target" in free agency. The team has Jordan Cameron hitting the market and all reports so far have Cameron leaving Cleveland for another team. Clay could be a prime option for the Browns, as they have the cap space to price out the Dolphins and the Bills with an offer sheet if they choose. The team missed out on all the major free agents like Randall Cobb, Julius Thomas and Jeremy Maclin and that could lead to a deal with Clay.

Harvin is another solid target, as the Bills could use more depth at receiver with Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods. The team has some strong personnel on offense with Watkins, LeSean McCoy and Fred Jackson and adding Harvin could put another big play element in the mix. Harvin has been up and down over the past couple years with injuries and other issues, but the talent is there and he could be a good fit for the Bills.
