The Cleveland Browns are trying to get their offensive plans in place after setting up their quarterback rotation with Josh McCown and Johnny Manziel. The team is set on their running back rotation of Isaiah Crowell and Terrance West, but still need wide receiver power to help both quarterbacks be successful. After signing Brian Hartline to a deal, who is next for the Browns?

One thing the Browns really need is a tight end. The team has parted ways with Jordan Cameron who was simply demanding too much money for what he was really worth. Cameron has had concussion and other various injury history, but is still looking at a multi-year deal with guaranteed money. The Browns are not willing to put forth that type of contract and now Cameron is gaining interest from the Miami Dolphins and other teams.

To replace him, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting Jermaine Gresham is gaining plenty of interest from the Browns. The five-year veteran out of the Cincinnati Bengals has been one of the more reliable tight ends in the league, averaging 544.4 yards and 4.8 touchdowns per season. 2014 was a down season for Gresham which is why the Bengals are not bringing him back, but the Browns could be hoping he jumps back to his regular ways with a change of scenery.

Gresham would be a nice fix for the Browns, but he is not enough. The Browns still have yet to truly answer how they are going to replace Josh Gordon who was suspended for the entire 2015 season following a failed alcohol and drug test. The Browns have signed Hartline and re-signed Marlon Moore. They will pair with Andrew Hawkins which is a nice rotation, but not great. The free agent market is dwindling for the Browns to find more receivers. They could eye Hakeem Nicks, Cecil Shorts or even Andre Johnson is the deal with the Indianapolis Colts falls through.

The Browns could have a hard time getting receivers to come to the franchise since their quarterback rotation is still not completely settled. McCown is not the long-term option. Manziel has a big question mark over his head. The Browns could try and grab Marcus Mariota. It is being reported that the team attempted to trade for Sam Bradford before the Eagles won that deal. Is head coach Mike Pettine as happy with McCown and Manziel as he says? The quarterback doubt could lead to less interested wide receivers.
