The Cleveland Browns are prepared to have a much different looking offense in 2015 as several familiar faces are ready to depart. With drama surrounding an NFL investigation, the Browns are preparing to lose a few key players to free agency, more so than they expected. With Josh Gordon suspended for the season, the Browns are desperate to hold on to playmakers for whoever steps in at quarterback, but Jordan Cameron will not be one of them.

The Browns are expecting Cameron to walk away in free agency. According to FOX Sports, Cameron has no interest in remaining in Cleveland despite his recent quotes saying that he would ideally like to play his whole career with then franchise. With Cameron out, Miles Austin heading to free agency and Gordon suspended, the Browns need playmakers and they will look first to the free agent market for help.

The Browns will have some money to work with and according Cleveland.com, they will first look to tight end Julius Thomas on the free agent market. The Denver Broncos are hoping they can retain Thomas and avoid the tight end hitting the market where interest will be high, but they have other priorities before they can get to him leaving the Browns to consider a move. Thomas would be key for the Browns if they can meet his contract demands. The tight end put up 489 yards and 12 touchdowns in 13 games last year and is a nightmare matchup for defenses. He would be the ideal replacement to Cameron.

The Browns will also need help at the wide receiver spot. The team is getting linked to big names as well at that position. They could try and pry Dez Bryant away from the Dallas Cowboys or attempt to trade for Larry Fitzgerald or Mike Wallace. Jeremy Maclin or Michael Crabtree could also be strong options.

The issue for Cleveland is the quarterback. They will have a hard time convincing players to sign with them if all they have is Johnny Manziel on the roster. The team must attempt to re-sign Hoyer in the offseason while possibly trading up for Marcus Mariota. Manziel is not the best selling point for free agents.
