The NFL free agency period opens in March and Titans QB Jake Locker will be one of the main quarterbacks on the market with Mark Sanchez and Brian Hoyer and this comes as Nick Foles and Sam Bradford could be trade targets this winter and teams like the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, St. Louis Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and NY Jets could be interested in making moves.

The Eagles could be one of the main players this offseason when it comes to quarterbacks moving around, as the team is already flirting with moving up to get Marcus Mariota. According to NJ.com, Kelly is plotting multiple moves to get Mariota and the team is also considering a trade with Nick Foles. The report says that teams like the Rams, Titans and Texans could be interested in Foles if the Eagles trade him. Kelly is reportedly "not sold" on Foles as the long term option and he could look at short term options like Locker or Bradford if he wants to snag Mariota/

According to Pro Football Talk, Jake Locker could get some attention on the free agent market after his run with the Titans, as teams like the Eagles, Rams and Jets all could be interested in him. Locker has had an up and down career, but he could be a bridge option for teams if they bring in a rookie or prospect at quarterback.

Locker was a first round pick for the Titans and he showed some potential over his first four years but could not stay healthy on a consistent basis. Locker ended this year with a shoulder injury on IR and played in seven games, passing for 993 yards and five touchdowns. According to NJ.com, Chip Kelly and the Eagles may have interest in Locker this offseason, as Kelly may have to replace Sanchez along with Nick Foles.

Kelly reportedly is interested in moving up to take Marcus Mariota and he could consider moving Foles as one of the trades to do it. NJ.com also reported interest from the Rams in Foles and they could also look at Locker as an option in free agency. Locker played in the Pac-12 when Kelly was there and while that isn't much to go on, Kelly could see him as a short term pickup as he tries to get a quarterback for the future if he doesn't see Foles as the franchise guy.

According to SB Nation, Jason Cole at Bleacher Report writes that some teams are looking at Bradford and Foles as potential trade options over taking Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota with a top pick. The Titans, Buccaneers and Jets all have top 10 picks and they could look at acquiring a quarterback ahead of the draft and then bypass taking Winston or Mariota. Both players are talented, but there are questions about how they will do in the NFL and teams could think twice about investing too much in them now.

Kelly has a number of moves he can make, as he has Foles as a trade option along with his full roster of draft picks. The team may look at a deal with the Rams, as they have a top 10 pick and a need at QB if they don't think Bradford can come back healthy. ESPN New York also mentioned Bradford as an option for the Jets fi the team can't get Mariota or Winston.
