C.J. Spiller #28 of the Buffalo Bills is brought down by Darrelle Revis #24 of the New England Patriots during the first half at Ralph Wilson Stadium on October 12, 2014 in Orchard Park, New York. "

The Buffalo Bills have a new head coach with Rex Ryan coming in for 2015 and they will have a new starting quarterback with Kyle Orton retiring and names like Mark Sanchez or Brian Hoyer could be free agent targets along with Darrelle Revis, CJ Spiller and Walter Thurmond and this comes as the team has signed Richie Incognito to a deal.

The Bills have EJ Manuel at quarterback, but he needs more time to develop and Ryan now could look at a veteran option to start in 2015. Brian Hoyer and Mark Sanchez are on the market and this comes as ESPN.com reports that the team is looking to target Darrelle Revis if his option is declined by the Patriots. CJ Spiller is a free agent and reports from ESPN New York have the NY Jets as a team that is interested in signing him along with the Miami Dolphins.

According to ESPN.com, the Bills announced that they are signing Richie Incognito to a free agent deal. The report has the contract at one year and $2.25 million and it comes after he previously visited the team this offseason. The Bills struggled on the offensive line at guard last season and ranked near the bottom of the league in rushing yards per game. Incognito had been getting some interest last year from the Buccaneers and Denver Broncos, but those teams did not sign him.

The Bills were expected to make moves on the offensive line this offseason and now Incognito comes back after a year-long exile from the league following his part in the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal. According to Pro Football Talk, Ryan was asked about Manuel and the quarterback situation, saying that Manuel has a lot of potential and that the team has some options moving forward. Ryan was asked about the potential for a Sanchez reunion and while he said that the team will consider free agents on the market and that Sanchez is one they potentially will look at.

The Bills defense was already very good last season and adding Revis would make them even more elite. The team ranked third in the league in passing yards allowed per game, while the Jets were 14th. The Jets have a ton of cap space and that makes them an interesting option for Revis.

The Jets have always been considered an option for Revis and after Woody Johnson made some comments earlier this season, ESPN and other outlets picked up on it. Adam Schefter at ESPN.com reports that Revis will be a target for the New York Jets as well as the Buffalo Bills, where he could reunite with former head coach Rex Ryan. Revis has enjoyed his time in New England, but the team may not want to pay him $20 million and could try and sign him to a new deal.

Revis had another strong season last year for the Patriots and that came after a Pro Bowl appearance with the Buccaneers following his trade from the Jets. Revis was released by the Bucs in a cap saving move and he was happy to move to New England, where he was used as a shutdown corner again. Revis came back from ACL surgery and has looked very good since then and he has been able to continue as one of the top cornerbacks in the league.
