The fantasy football season is into Week 14 and some start or sit options this weekend include Arian Foster, Rashad Jennings, Roddy White, Dwayne Allen, Johnny Manziel, Latavius Murray, Marion Grice, Andre Ellington, Dan Herron, Jordan Matthews, Jeremy Hill, Giovani Bernard, Kendall Wright and LeGarrette Blount, as some of those players are dealing with injuries and others have the chance to step up.

Arian Foster was able to play last week after dealing with a groin injury and he is a strong start option as long as he is active this week. Owners should hang onto Alfred Blue in case Foster missed time going forward, but he looked back to normal on Sunday. Rashad Jennings did not practice in the middle of the week and after leaving the game against the Jaguars Sunday, he could be held out in Week 14 for the Giants. Andre Williams is a worthy pickup as a replacement for Jennings, as the team needs to run the ball with some consistency.

Jennings is a SIT option until the injury report comes out, while Johnny Manziel is also a SIT option on the bench, although owners should hold onto him. Manziel could end up getting some playing time if Brian Hoyer struggles again, but this week he will not be starting. Roddy White was banged up last week and he said that he will be ready to play on Sunday after missing the game against the Cardinals with an ankle injury. Julio Jones had a huge game with White out and that could play out again if he is still injured on Sunday.

Dwayne Allen is injured coming into this week and he sat out against the Redskins and unless he makes progress heading into the weekend, team owners should look at Coby Fleener. Last week Fleener had a career game and he could continue to see increased targets with Allen limited or on the sidelines. The Colts also have Dan Herron as a solid start option over Trent Richardson, as Ahmad Bradshaw is out for the season and those two have been solid coming in for him.

Latavius Murray broke out for the Raiders a couple weeks ago, but he has been dealing with concussion issues and now he could be out for this week. Watch out for the injury reports on Murray before putting him in the lineup. Foster was strong with 79 yards on 19 carries and he also scored a receiving touchdown and he did not look limited at all. As long as he is active, Foster is a START option. Alfred Blue is worth holding onto, but he is not needed this week.

White has barely missed time in his career and he looks to return on Sunday after missing the Cardinals game. This season White has 56 catches for 662 yards and he has been strong after making 63 catches for 711 yards last season, his lowest total since his second season. Ellington has been dealing with a foot injury all season and now he is out with a hip issue. Ellington is a game time decision for Week 14 and fantasy owners should SIT him if he doesn't practice.
