The Oregon Ducks and Michigan Wolverines are playing live on the Progressive Legends Classic college basketball schedule and the matchup is on ESPN3 starting up at 9 pm ET and comes with Michigan ranked at number 19 in the nation and both teams are 3-0 on the season as they play at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Michigan comes into the game after a win against Detroit and they play against Oregon and Nicholls State over the next two matchups. The team is averaging 80 points per game this season and they have a looming matchup in a couple weeks with number three Arizona and that will be a great game between ranked powerhouse schools. The Big Ten should be tough this season with Michigan State, Ohio State and Wisconsin and that makes this conference one to watch in March. The Wolverines open the Big Ten with Illinois and they close the season with a tough stretch, including back to back games against Michigan State and Ohio State.
Both teams have won all three games played coming into this matchup and Michigan will play against Wisconsin at home in January. The Wolverines have lost some big names like Nik Stauskas and Glenn Robinson and now they have young players stepping up and they have Zak Irvin and Derrick Walton coming in for the team.
