Marshall and the Louisville Cardinals are playing live on the NCAA College Basketball schedule on Friday and the matchup from the KFC Yum! Center is on TV from ESPNU and will be on the WatchESPN website at 9 pm ET as the ACC conference team hosts the matchup.
Louisville comes into the game at 2-0 on the season and they last won over the Jacksonville State Gamecocks and now they will have Marshall. The team next plays against Savannah State and they are seventh in the nation and they have a matchup coming with Ohio State and that is their first game against a ranked team. The Cardinals opened with a win against Minnesota and later next month they have a game with the University of Kentucky.
The team is ranked 10th in rebounds per game and they open the ACC schedule against Wake Forest and Clemson before playing North Carolina and they also have games later in the season against Duke and Virginia. The ACC is going to be tough this year and the Cards could be one of the strong teams in the mix and they end the season with Notre Dame and Virginia on the schedule.
