The NFL trade deadline is here and rumors have a number of name players on the possible move, as Zac Stacy, Matt Schaub, Toby Gerhart, Cecil Shorts, Mark Barron, Chris Clemons, Lance Briggs, Vincent Jackson and Doug Martin have all been mentioned as potential targets for teams on Tuesday, as the Seattle Seahawks, NY Giants, Denver Broncos, Dallas Cowboys, Eagles or 49ers could be dealing.

According to CBS Sports reporter Jason La Canfora, there are a number of players that potentially could move, including Stacy and Matt Schaub. Derek Carr has taken over as the starter in Oakland and Schaub has not been part of the program, while Stacy is part of a crowded backfield in St. Louis. The emergence of Tre Mason along with Benny Cunningham could get the Rams to make a deal, while the Seahawks could be interested in Clemons from the Jaguars.

Gerhart and Shorts are with the Jaguars and they could be moved, while Barron has been put on the block as well from the Bucs. Briggs is making a decent amount of money and the Bears may opt to trade him. The Buccaneers are also a team to watch.

The NFL trade deadline has names like Vincent Jackson and Doug Martin on the block as possible options to move, as the Buccaneers have been pretty terrible this season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may shop a Vincent Jackson trade heading into the NFL trading deadline on Tuesday and teams like the Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, NY Giants, Carolina Panthers or Seattle Seahawks could be interesting in making a move, as the Bucs have been pretty bad this year and they could start selling with Jackson and Doug Martin.

According to ESPN.com, Jackson and Martin have both come up in trade speculation heading into the deadline this year and it comes as the team is just 1-6 on the season, last in the NFC South. Jackson came up in rumors last week and heading out of this weekend Martin reportedly has been shopped, as Chris Mortensen from ESPN.com writes that multiple teams have asked about Doug Martin already.

Jackson has a big contract and Martin is a former first round pick and sources have said that the Buccaneers would be willing to deal Martin or Jackson for the "right price" and that likely includes draft picks. The NFL Network reported that the team was "open" to trading Jackson and this comes as he has a $10 million non-guaranteed base salary and it's about the same price for next season as well. The fact that the Buccaneers have Mike Evans and a young roster could contribute to the team making a deal, as Jackson is going to be 32 next year.

Jackson is a big receiver and he has been healthy through his entire career, having played in all 16 games in each of the last three seasons and playing in 15 or more games in all but two years in the league. Over the past three seasons Jackson has 24 touchdowns and he is a great red zone target in any offense. The Patriots were considered an option after the Chiefs loss, but the team has looked good since that game and Bill Belichick likely wouldn't give up a high pick for Jackson.
