The top fantasy football start or sit options for Week 7 at QB have Tom Brady, Joe Flacco, Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton, Brian Hoyer, Matt Ryan and Matthew Stafford all in the mix, as those players all have matchups that could be big for fantasy football owners and one starter to absolutely use is Brady as he takes on the NY Jets defense on Thursday night.

Newton and Flacco are both coming off of huge games and they are strong start options moving forward for the entire season, but also for this week. Aaron Rodgers also is a strong option after the way he played against the Dolphins and he has the chance to matchup with Newton this weekend. Flacco has the Falcons defense and they have been giving up tons of yards and he comes in with a hot hand after throwing five scores last weekend.

Tom Brady had another strong game for the Patriots against the Bills and now he has put it together in consecutive weeks after a big game against the Bengals. Brady has a great matchup with the Jets, as they have been terrible in recent weeks and that gives the Patriots the chance to score quite a bit on Thursday night. Brian Hoyer had a great game against the Steelers and got the win with the Browns and now the team has a road tilt against the Jacksonville Jaguars. That should be a big game for everyone on the Browns and Hoyer could be a top QB starter.

Matt Ryan and the Falcons need a win and he could be a solid start option, but the Ravens have been playing well, so owners should beware. The Panthers and Packers matchup could end up a shootout like the Bengals and Panthers game did this weekend and that bodes well for both Newton and Aaron Rodgers. Palmer is back from an injury and he could be a solid start option as well after going for 250 yards and two touchdowns last week against the Washington Redskins.

The Cardinals have the Week 7 game against Oakland and that makes Palmer perfect for some teams, as the Raiders have been getting gashed in the passing game. Brady is always a solid start against the Jets and this time is no different, as he is coming off of a big game with 361 passing yards and four scores and he is heating up at the right time for the Patriots.

Flacco had the best game of his career with touchdowns on Sunday and he has also been able to put up yards with Steve Smith and Torrey Smith on the outside. Flacco is available in most leagues and he is a good spot start option this week against the Falcons. Hoyer only had 217 yards against the Steelers, but he has been having a very solid season and has made everyone forget a bit about Johnny Manziel. All these players are good start options for this week at QB and the best START picks are Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton and Tom Brady among this group.
