Atlanta Hawks vs. Miami Heat Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming NBA Preseason Game

Oct 14, 2014 07:23 PM EDT

The Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat are playing live on the NBA preseason schedule on Tuesday night and the game is live from AmericanAirlines Arena and starts up past 7:30 pm ET as Luol Deng and Dwyane Wade host ATL in South Beach and the matchup comes as MIA has not yet won a preseason game in three tries after losing to the Cavs and LeBron James in Rio.

The Heat come into the game at 0-3, but the preseason records really do not mean anything and they have a game now at home after playing in Brazil. The team had to deal with tons of media because of the meeting with LeBron and now that is behind them and that won't come back onto the schedule until much later in the season. The Heat now have the chance to get Wade, Deng and Chris Bosh playing together and as the season gets closer, the team will be ready to go.

Miami made a number of moves in the offseason and they signed the top player past James in Deng and also added a number of role players and bench options. The team added Danny Granger and Josh McRoberts and they also signed back a number of players and they have the chance to really make an impact in the east. The team will be chasing the Cavaliers, but there is no reason why the Heat can't be a very good team once again after making it to the finals last season. James led the team in scoring, rebounding and assists, meaning Miami will need some new names to step up along with Wade and Bosh.

Miami comes into the game after a close loss in overtime with the Cavaliers and that saw Dwyane Wade lead the team in assists and Bosh tops in points and rebounds. That will be something to keep an eye on as the season goes along, as Bosh used to be a 20 and 10 player back when he was with the Raptors and Wade scored more before LeBron got there. The entire team adjusted to LeBron and now they have the chance to get back to the old ways with him gone.

The team is winless in the preseason, while the Hawks come in with a 1-1 record. The team is 0-3 and they next play against the Golden State Warriors on the schedule. The team was fifth in the league in defense last season and 12th in points per game and those likely will fluctuate now that James is gone.
