Miami Dolphins Rumors: Knowshon Moreno Fantasy Football Starter With Lamar Miller Option For Week 7

The Miami Dolphins and fantasy football owners finally have Knowshon Moreno back, as he recovered quickly from an elbow injury and now Moreno and Lamar Miller are the best start options for the Dolphins, as LaMichael James and Damien Williams will not be getting nearly as many touches as Miller now that Moreno is back.

Any fantasy owners that snagged Miller when Moreno went down have been pleased with his production so far and now Moreno is back to the starting lineup. According to Pro Football Talk, Moreno had been healing up faster than expected and he played in Week 6, going for 10 yards on six carries while splitting time with Miller. The Dolphins have been night and day in some games this season and they are hoping once Moreno comes back he can help stabilize the offense for Ryan Tannehill.

The Dolphins came into the game after a bye week and that followed a big game against the Oakland Raiders in London. Miller has been producing while Miller is out and he is a strong start option for this week and next week with Moreno getting back to strength in the lineup. Moreno was back at practice this past week and he had been using a brace on his elbow to keep his arm safe.

Moreno wants to stay fresh and since his legs have no issues, he wants to keep them strong heading into the next couple weeks to stay in game shape. Moreno was signed in the offseason late, but he was coming off of a very good year with his first 1000 yard season and he also set career highs in rushing yards, receiving yards and receptions. Moreno ended up with 1039 yards on the ground and added 60 catches for 548 yards with the Broncos. This season he has 138 yards on the ground and no catches, but once he comes back he has the chance to make an impact.
