The San Diego State Aztecs and Fresno State Bulldogs are playing on the CBS Sports Network college football schedule on Friday night and the game is live at 10 pm ET at Bulldog Stadium from California for a Mountain West Conference matchup.
The Aztecs come into the game after a win against UNLV and that came after two straight losses, including against Oregon State and North Carolina. The team played against tough opponents in those games and now they have a road matchup with Fresno State and this comes in the middle of four games on the road in five matchups before a home game against Hawaii. The team is already 1-0 in the MWC this season and the rest of the schedule doesn't have any ranked teams right now.
Quarterback Quinn Kaehler is leading the team with nearly 900 yards passing and two TDs and the team has matchups with Nevada and Idaho down the stretch in the second half. The team plays against Boise State, Air Force and San Jose State to end the season and they have the chance to be in the mix in the conference at the end.
