The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going with Mike Glennon as the starter this week over Josh McCown while he deals with an injury and fantasy football owners should look to start Doug Martin, as the RB looks set to return to the starting lineup after dealing with a knee issue and he should be the top back over Bobby Rainey in Week 4.

According to Pro Football Talk, Martin has practiced this week with no limitations and that means he likely will be ready to go against the Steelers, while Mike Glennon will start for Josh McCown. Martin is coming in after dealing with a knee injury and now he looks ready to come back, while McCown is dealing with a thumb injury and will be out. Glennon got the chance to start last season under Greg Schiano and coach Lovie Smith brought in McCown as a free agent to start after his strong performance last year with the Bears.

Fantasy owners are thrilled that Martin is back, as he was out for Week 3 and the team was killed and while Bobby Rainey came in and played well, FF owners want their main RB back in action. Martin was one of the best overall Rbs in the league two years ago as a rookie and he was one of the best fantasy players, going for over 1400 yards that season with double digit touchdowns. Martin came down with a knee injury earlier in the season and so far through just one game he has nine yards rushing and one reception for seven yards.

The injury knocked Martin out for the last couple games and that gave Rainey and Mike James a boost, but now both of those players will take hits. James is only an option in deeper leagues, while Rainey is worth hanging on to for at least a week or two. Rainey has been solid coming in for Martin and if Martin goes down again, fantasy owners will be happy they kept him as a handcuff. Martin has now missed time in two straight seasons, so keeping Rainey really is a solid move for teams.

Martin comes back after rushing for over 450 yards last season in six games, but he only had one touchdown and that came after his fantastic rookie season. Martin had 1454 yards as a rookie with 11 scores along with 49 catches for 472 yards and now fantasy owners are hoping he can be in line with that the rest of this season. Martin missed 10 games last season and two so far this year and now he is looking to stay healthy as the Bucs try and bounce back from their 0-3 record.
