Liverpool and Aston Villa are playing live on the English Premier League match schedule on Saturday and the game is from Anfield starting up at 12:30 pm ET on NBC and streaming on the NBC Sports Live Extra website and this has two of the top teams on the EPL table going against each other.
The two teams will play again in January after this matchup and the Reds come in without striker Daniel Sturridge after he was injured while playing with England. The EPL schedule was off last week for friendly games and Euro 2016 qualifiers and those games were the first for some of those teams since the World Cup ended in Brazil. Mario Balotelli now gets the chance to play for the Reds at home and this comes after his big move from AC Milan.
Liverpool won against Southampton before losing away against Man City and now they are playing Aston Villa after winning against Tottenham. The schedule coming up has West Ham, Everton, West Brom and QPR and that is a good stretch and they are currently fifth in the EPL standings. The Premier League has Chelsea and Swansea City at the top heading into Saturday and Liverpool is right behind Aston Villa on the league table.
