Andrew Luck #12 of the Indianapolis Colts warms up before taking on the Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on September 7, 2014 in Denver, Colorado. "

The Sunday Night Football matchup for Week 1 has the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos playing on the SNF schedule and NBC has the TV coverage and the live online coverage from the NBCSN Live Extra website at Sports Authority Field at Mile High at 8:30 pm ET as Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck, Montee Ball and Reggie Wayne start their 2014 season.

The Sunday night football schedule has some great matchups and this is the first of the season and now the Colts and Broncos will play after SNF made its debut on Thursday with the Seahawks and Packers. The Colts are considered to be a sleeper pick for the Super Bowl from the AFC and Andrew Luck has the chance to be a major player this season in reality and fantasy. The team has Hakeem Nicks and a number of other players coming in and they have Reggie Wayne coming back and that should make for a strong season for Luck.

Last season Luck had over 3800 yards and they got a key season from TY Hilton and the offense could be very good if the run game gets going too. The team has Trent Richardson and Ahmad Bradshaw and if Richardson can get to the form he had as a rookie, there is a good chance the team wins the division again. The Titans and the Texans won on Sunday and now the Colts will be looking to get a win as well and this comes as they have a tough slate to open the season.

The Colts play against the Philadelphia Eagles and the Jacksonville Jaguars after this matchup and then they have two home games with the Tennessee Titans and the Baltimore Ravens. The bye comes in Week 10 after a Monday night game at the Giants and that comes after a stretch of tough games, with three of four on the road including the matchup in NY. The team is on the road for the Texans, Bengals and Steelers before the Giants and then out of the bye the team plays the New England Patriots.
