English Premier League Standings 2014: EPL Table Has Chelsea Leading Swansea City, Aston Villa, Manchester City

The English Premier League Standings has Chelsea leading the EPL table and the Blues are up there with Swansea City, Aston Villa, Manchester City and Liverpool after a few weeks on the schedule and heading into the weekend teams like Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United will be looking to move up.

Chelsea comes in after starting off the season very well and they now are in first place with three wins and nine points and the best goal differential. The team has scored 11 and allowed just four and they are ahead of the Swans. Swansea City has had a decent schedule to start and they have won three games, scoring six goals and allowing one and they have looked impressive.

Aston Villa has two wins and a draw and they have seven points, while Manchester City is in fourth place on the league table with six points. Liverpool and Tottenham also have six points and those teams each have two wins and a draw on the schedule so far. Arsenal is in seventh and while their results have not been great, they remain right in the mix there with Southampton and Hull City.

The league standings has Hull and Stoke City ahead of the Queens Park Rangers, who got their first win in the EPL since getting promoted. Sunderland and Manchester United, yes Man Utd are next on the table and they are ahead of Leicester City, Newcastle and Everton, while West Brom, Crystal Palace and Burnley are last in the standings.

There are a number of great games this weekend, including Arsenal against Man City and that will be at the Emirates, while the other early matches are good as well. Chelsea and Swansea City will face off in a battle of the top two teams at Stamford Bridge, while West Brom plays Everton, Manchester United gets a chance for their first win against Queens Park, while Liverpool plays Aston Villa and Hull City plays West Ham United.
