The LA Angels and Baltimore Orioles are playing live on the MLB schedule on Tuesday and the game from Camden Yards comes at 7:05 pm ET and has a great pitching matchup with Chris Tillman and Jered Weaver and these teams are in the playoffs right now in the AL and the O's have teams closing in on the division lead and coverage is live from MLB.

The Angels and Orioles are both looking to stay on the winning side of things and both teams can mash the ball and now LA hits the road after winning three at home out of four games against the Tigers. The Angels have been one of the best teams in baseball since June and now they are basically a lock for the playoffs, as they are in the first wild card spot by wide margin over teams in the American League. The pitching has been great along with the offense for the Angels and while Mike Trout has struggled over the past week, he is hitting over .400 in his last 20 road games and has been starting to heat up again.

Chris Tillman just faced off against the Angels out on the west coast and he allowed just one run in his six innings and now he will be looking to have another start like that. This is a duel between top starters on each team, as Weaver will be on the mound for LA and he has been killing it lately, going 4-0 in his last seven starts and he matched up with Tillman in that start on the west coast and only allowed two runs in eight innings. Nelson Cruz has been mashing and he is second in the league with 29 home runs and has been one of the best free agent signings all season.

Huston Street has been a difference maker for the Angels and he locks down their bullpen and now they are very deep in the back end and he had the save against Detroit on Sunday night. The team is just killing it on offense and they are ranked second in runs and third in batting average while they also are fourth in on base and slugging percentage. The pitching has been solid all summer and they are ranked in the top 10 in WHIP and BAA this season and they are also in the top half of the season in ERA and quality starts.

The matchup on Wednesday has Kevin Gausman against Garrett Richards and the Orioles come in after winning three of four from the Mariners on the road. The team got another save from Zach Britton and they come in ranked in the top 10 in runs and sixth in batting average and they are fifth in slugging percentage. The Orioles and Angels are two teams that could meet down the road in the playoffs and this could be an early look at that.
