The Toronto Argonauts and Saskatchewan Roughriders are playing live on the CFL Schedule on Saturday night and the game is on at 10 pm ET on ESPN2 and streaming live from WatchESPN online and has an east team taking on the west and both sides could use the win right now in the Canadian Football League, as Toronto is just 1-3 on the season and the Roughriders are chasing an undefeated team in Calgary in their division and this game is from Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field in Regina.
The teams played once already this season earlier in the month and that was in Toronto and the Argonauts won big and now the teams are playing again. The two sides know each other well and Toronto comes in favored and looking to win again for the second time this season. Calgary won over Edmonton and on Friday night Winnipeg won over BC and now these teams matchup.
Calgary comes in leading the east division over Edmonton and they beat the Eskimos to start the week and now they are 4-0 on the season with the best defense in the league. The team is tied with eight points with Edmonton and Winnipeg and the Eskimos are 4-1 and so are the Blue Bombers and it;s Winnipeg with the great offense so far this season, while BC and the Roughriders are coming from behind in the division.
The west has Ottawa and Montreal tied with Toronto with just two points and the top three teams have one win and Hamilton is looking for their first. Toronto has had a very good offense, but their defense has been allowing too many points and now Montreal is also dealing with the same issue. Winnipeg and Montreal have allowed the most points and now this week will separate teams a bit more with the results and these matchups are big and Toronto is looking to take the lead in the division if they can get a win against Saskatchewan.
