Manchester United and AS Roma are playing live on the International Champions League schedule and the match comes from Sports Authority Field at Mile High and the game comes after the Red Devils destroyed the LA Galaxy 7-0 in their first game in the US and now the Premier League side matches up with the Serie A team and it will be on at 4:10 pm ET on Saturday.
Man U comes in with Louis Van Gaal taking over and he had a great game for his first match with the Red Devils, but they played against the Galaxy and now they will match up with a solid European team and this is a good test. Man U finished at seventh in the EPL last season and had a disappointing year and now they have the chance to bounce back and this could be a good game for the team to do that. Wayne Rooney is looking to have a big season and he will be looking to play well just to get things started.
Roma was second in the Serie A standings last year and they were way behind Juventus and now they will try and get things started on the right track and Denver will be the host to the teams. Both are preparing to get started and they both are coming into the year with high expectations and comes after the LA win for Man U and Roma comes into the game after winning over Liverpool in Fenway Park.
Ashley Cole is coming into the game for Roma and he recently moved over there and now Rudi Garcia is hoping to get things going as he pushes his team. The Red Devils are not likely to score as much as they did with the game against LA, but this should be an entertaining matchup for the top teams. The teams have played in the past and Man U won with seven goal against Roma at Old Trafford back in 2007 in the Champions League and Van Gaal is looking to line his team up with a strong lineup. Rooney had a good game against LA and Danny Welbeck has the chance to start things off well this season.
The Denver Broncos have some players and people in on the game watching and interacting in an official capacity as they open training camp and Man U has been a class organization like the Broncos over recent years. Rooney comes in after another overall disappointment for England despite him scoring his first goal and now he is looking to get the team back to the top of the Premier League.
