The LA Galaxy and New England Revolution are playing on the MLS schedule on Wednesday from the StubHub Center in Carson, California and the matchup starts at 10:30 pm ET and is streaming online from MLS.com and comes after Los Angeles con 1-0 at home against Real Salt Lake and they will look at keeping that streak going.
The Revolution come into the matchup on Wednesday after losing at home to the Chicago Fire and the team has now lost five straight and they will try and snap that streak on the road. Winning out in Carson is tough and now the team has gone seven games without losing and that has put the Galaxy in good position to make a move in the second half. The Seattle Sounders are leading the western conference and now the Galaxy has the chance to keep their streak going and they are hoping to get into playoff position, as the are sixth in the west.
The Revolution and the Galaxy played last year and New England won big with a 5-0 victory and now LA is hoping to return the favor. The Revolution have won two straight against the Galaxy and the LA side is looking to keep their undefeated streak going and they come in after winning over Real Salt Lake. Jaime Penedo had a clean sheet in the last matchup with RSL and that gave the team their first home win since May. The team has gone 4-0-3 during this last stretch and now they have the chance to keep that moving along as the Galaxy try and get into playoff position in the MLS standings.
