The Golden State Warriors are back in trade talks for Kevin Love and with Klay Thompson off the table from being traded, the team is looking at other options and a combination of As David Lee, Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Draymond Green or Jordan Crawford could be an option for Minnesota, as they are looking for first round picks in any package and this comes as the Cavaliers are also interested, but not for Andrew Wiggins.

The Warriors looked like they had the chance to pull off a deal close to the NBA draft, but that ended after things were held up regarding Klay Thompson. According to ESPN.com, the Warriors are reluctant to add Thompson to any deal regarding Love and that is why things have slowed down, as Marc Stein writes that the Wolves are targeting Thompson as the centerpiece to any deal with the Warriors. The Cleveland Cavaliers have also emerged as an option for the Wolves, but they have denied using Andrew Wiggins in a deal and that is what Minnesota would want in a trade.

The Cavaliers were mentioned as a possibility around the NBA draft as well, but that did not go anywhere at that time and Love also was quoted as saying he did not want to go to Cleveland. Now with LeBron James back in the fold that has all changed and he said that he would be "intrigued" by playing with James in Ohio. According to ESPN.com, the Cavs have offered Dion Waiters, Anthony Bennett and a first round pick for Love along with Kevin Martin, but that was not enough to please the Timberwolves.

Minnesota is playing the long game with Love and they have remained patient, opting to hold out for the best deal possible no matter what, even if it means keeping Love into the start of the season. The Warriors have a new coach in Steve Kerr and are looking to make moves in the west after winning over 50 games last season and Kerr is one of the people reluctant to break up the Klay Thompson and Steph Curry duo. Curry and Thompson have been great playing off of each other and while the Warriors would "love" Love, they would rather play things out with their guards.

The team has players like David Lee, Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala to trade, but the Wolves likely want young players and draft picks. Barnes was a lottery pick and could be a solid target, while Bogut has been injury prone and is a former number one overall pick for the Bucks. The team has been looking to help Jordan Crawford with a sign and trade according to Yahoo, but it will take more than that to get Love.

The Warriors added Shaun Livingston so they could afford to make some moves in certain areas, but they do not want to mess with the foundation they put together over the past couple years. ESPN.com reports that the team signed Livingston to a three year, $16 million contract and now he will be a key bench player for the Warriors.
