The NBA draft is getting close and that means trade rumors and this year teams like the LA Lakers, Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Bucks, Philadelphia Sixers and Chicago Bulls all could be looking at trading picks up and down the draft and names like Kyrie Irving, Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker and Kevin Love could be involved in the moves.

The Cavaliers have the top pick and numerous teams have called on them about trades, including the Sixers, who may move up for Wiggins. The Lakers will likely sit tight, but if they get the chance to move and grab a player like Parker, they may take it. The Celtics have a chance to do something with their pick, while the Sixers have two in the top10 and that is why they can make a move or two.

The Cavaliers got the number one pick in the draft for the second year in a row and that showed how well the system worked, as they had a 1.7 percent chance of getting it. The Bucks had the worst record in the league and missed out and now the Cavs have had the pick three of the past four years and that is kind of insane when you think about it and how bad they have been. The team lost LeBron James years ago and then snagged Kyrie Irving and now they have Anthony Bennett and so far he has been terrible.

The Bucks had a 25 percent chance of getting the pick and missed out and now they are at number two. The team is guaranteed to get at least one solid prospect, as they will get to choose between Joel Embiid, Jabari Parker or Wiggins depending on who goes first and that is a good development for the team after missing number one overall. The Philadelphia 76ers are next and the Orlando Magic and Utah Jazz are next to round out the top five and this year the top picks all should be very talented and could make impacts fast.

The Top 10 picks in the lottery should all be very highly touted prospects and past the top three, names like Marcus Smart, Nik Stauskas, Aaron Gordon and Kyle Anderson could be in the mix. Gordon has been written about as a target for the Boston Celtics and if he is available when they pick at six, they could go for that. The Lakers are at number seven and they should be able to get someone like Smart or even Julius Randle if he somehow falls. The Cavaliers have had numerous calls about the number one pick and there is a chance that the Sixers will trade for it.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been mentioned in Kyrie Irving trade rumors for some time and until he signs an extension those will come up no matter how unlikely and while a trade to the LA Lakers is a bit out there, it's something the Cavs could consider mixed in with the Kevin Love trade talks as well as the number one overall pick and the team potentially could trade that too.
