The NFL free agent market is getting down to the bottom of the barrel and names like Jermichael Finley, Santonio Holmes, Felix Jones, Drayton Florence, Kevin Williams, Eric Winston and Asante Samuel are some of the best names left and teams like the Seattle Seahawks, NY Giants, Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns and New England Patriots could be targeting some of those names.

With Greg Little, Miles Austin and Earl Bennett getting signed, Holmes is the top wide receiver on the market and he could be an option for the Carolina Panthers or the Cleveland Browns as well as the St. Louis Rams and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Finley is the best tight end left, but he has medical issues to worry about and if he gets past that, teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Giants and Patriots could be in the mix for his services. The Green Bay Packers could have been an option for his return, but that looks unlikely now that they have brought in Colt Lyerla on a contract.

Felix Jones was with the Steelers last season and doesn't have much wear and tear on him for a back that is 27 years old and while he won't be Adrian Peterson, he could be a nice contributor for teams like the Bears or the Arizona Cardinals. Chicago drafted Ka'Deem Carey and signed Jordan Lynch so they may not need a running back, but the Cards could use more depth after losing Rashard Mendenhall and he could join Andre Ellington and Stepfan Taylor as options in the desert. Jones has decent hands and can be a receiver out of the backfield and a team like the Minnesota Vikings could be a nice fit.

Holmes was a mess with the Jets last season and made just 23 catches for 456 yards and a touchdown and he remains on the market after previously being a Super Bowl MVP. Bennett and Austin signed with the Browns after the Josh Gordon news came out, while the Raiders claimed Greg Little off waivers from Cleveland. Finley could be a nice fit in Arizona as well, where he could slide in behind Rob Housler, while the Giants and Patriots desperately need more depth at the position. The Pats have space behind rob Gronkowski, while the Giants need more with Kellen Davis and Daniel Fells.

Winston played this game last year and ended up with the Cardinals and he will be an option with another team, including the Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys. While he is a 30-year-old tackle, Winston has experience and versatility and he can play along the offensive line and could be crucial for a team that deals with injuries next season or in training camp. Carter and Williams are depth guys on the defensive line and while they are getting up there in age, they could be great for depth and could be options for the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks.

There will be a number of moves for teams heading into offseason workouts and training camp and most of these players will get picked up heading into the summer if they remain on the market.
