The NBA playoffs standings has the Indiana Pacers up 1-0 in the east finals series against the Miami Heat and now LeBron James will be looking to even things up at 1-1, while Indy and Paul George are looking for a commanding 2-0 series lead in Game 2, which comes on Tuesday night and starts at 8:30 pm ET on the schedule after the NBA draft lottery.

LeBron James and the Heat have lost Game 1's of series before since coming and forming the Big 3, with the team winning all four times and sweeping in three of those. The team did it to the Chicago Bulls last year and now they will try and do it to the Pacers, who have Game 2 at home at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. After struggling down the stretch and in the first two rounds of the playoffs, the Pacers finally appear to have gotten their grove back and they have the Heat right where they want them.

The Pacer spent all season whining about how they could have beaten the Heat had they had home court advantage last season and now they have the chance to prove it. The team won the number one seed in the east this season over Miami and now they have won Game 1, something they could not do in the first two series against the Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards. James is an MVP and now he will have to play like one, as he is averaging 29 points and seven rebounds along with four assists to lead the Heat in the postseason and they will need a performance like that on Tuesday night.

LeBron has been very good in the past few games and he had nearly 50 points and 30 points in the last two games of the previous series and that was against the Nets and now he will have to try and best Paul George and the Pacers. George and Roy Hibbert bounced back from their struggles to lead the way for the Pacers and now the two teams are trying to get Game 2 and that would be huge for the Pacers, who could take a dominating 2-0 series lead over the champions. Last year the two teams faced off in the east finals and the Heat won and before that the Pacers played and lost to them in the second round.

All but two games in the past 15 between the two teams have been won by the road team and Miami will try to change that and they need to get bigger inside. Chris Andersen and Chris Bosh have to play better and there is a chance they will be on the court a ton at the same time in this game. The two teams are going hard on Tuesday night and the game could be the most important of the series.

The Oklahoma Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs played in the western conference finals and now the Spurs are up 1-0 and they play Game 2 on Wednesday and those matchups will be on TV from TNT while the east will be on ESPN. George bounced back and had 24 points in the game while Roy Hibbert added nine rebounds and Lance Stephenson had nine assists, while Wade led with 27 points and James had 10 rebounds for the Heat. The Pacers played the game aggressively from the start and they ended up winning by the score of 107-96.
