Chelsea and Norwich City are playing on the Barclays English Premier League schedule on Sunday and the Blues match from Stamford Bridge starts up at 11 am ET on the NBC Sports Network and streaming from the Live Extra website as Jose Mourinho and the club try to gain back the EPL title for at least one day until Liverpool plays on Monday and they can remain in the title chase with Manchester City.

Chelsea was in position to stay in the race last weekend and they passed the test at Anfield against Liverpool to keep things close heading into the last week, winning 2-0 away against the Reds. Chelsea was perfect at Stamford Bridge all season before the loss against Sunderland and since then the team has also fallen to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, as they lost the second leg match to miss out on the finals. Atletico will now play against Real Madrid and Chelsea comes into the match on Sunday with the chance to take a temporary lead on the EPL table with Liverpool next playing on Monday.

Chelsea does have a chance to get the title, but they will need a ton of help, as Man City and Liverpool have much more favorable chances to get the trophy, as the Blues percentage is under 10 and those two are split at about 50 percent each due to the goals scored and games left on the schedule. Chelsea is basically set for the third place position on the table if they can get one point in the match on Sunday and then against Cardiff away to end the season and that will put them back into the Champions League next year.

Fulham and Cardiff City are officially going down now after the result for Sunderland that was historic on Sunday with the win against Manchester United at Old Trafford and that was the first in decades. Norwich can pull out of the bottom with some positive results and a little bit of luck, but Sunderland has put themselves in very good position to stay and Chelsea will be motivated to win the match after the recent defeats. Norwich lost 4-0 against Man United last week and they are now looking to rebound against the Blues to stay afloat at the end of the season.

Chelsea was in the top part of the table for quite some time down the second half of the schedule before their away loss against Crystal Palace and David Luiz said after the match against Atletico that eliminated the team in the semifinals that the club feels it's a failure without winning the trophy. Chelsea needs a ton of luck to win the EPL this year and John Terry was emotional after the loss and now Mourinho has to get his team ready to play on Sunday.

Norwich City has no choice but to go for a victory, as they have Chelsea and then Arsenal at Carrow Road to end the season and right now they are the last team in the relegation spots and they are battling to catch Sunderland. The team comes in after losing to Man United and Liverpool and before that they fell to Fulham and West Brom and they will have to play their best for a chance against the Blues.
